Shipping within the United States
Orders are processed after payment authorization and address verification. Most in-stock orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing estimates are separate from carrier transit time.
Rates and delivery estimates
Available services, prices, and estimated delivery windows appear at checkout based on the destination and order contents. Qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more receive complimentary standard shipping after discounts and before taxes. Expedited service, when offered, does not shorten processing time.
Tracking
When a shipping label is created, we send a tracking link to the email provided at checkout. Carriers may need up to 48 hours to display movement. You can also use our Track Order page.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Walters & Mason is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check household members and nearby delivery locations, then contact the carrier and our team.
International shipping
International availability, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, restrictions, and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout when supported. The recipient is responsible for import charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
